Shipping Cancellations and Returns

<p><font face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif"><font size="3">All our orders are shipped UPS or USPS. We are no longer offering FREE SHIPPING in an effort to provide the best deal prices. We calculate weight and destination-based shipping charges. We will make our best effort to group orders with multiple item into one shipment to reduce excessive shipping fees. However, some items may be shipped from separate suppliers and will arrive in separate shipments. </font></font></p>
<p><font face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif"><font size="3">We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.</font><br /><br /><font size="3">When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may</font><font size="3"> appe</font><font size="3">ar</font><font size="3"> on the shipping quotes page.</font><br /><br /><font size="3">Please also note that the shipping rates for many product items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its product detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.</font></font></p>

<p><strong>CANCELLATION POLICY</strong></p>
<p>You may cancel your order via email by contacting <a href="mailto:support@precisionglobalsupply.com">support@precisionglobalsupply.com</a> if a tracking number is not yet available for the order. The sooner you do it, the easier it is to cancel the order. We cannot guarantee a cancellation once an order is in transit and you will incur return shipping charges for the cancellation and return if you decide to cancel late.</p>
<p>Funds take anywhere from 3-5 business days to be processed back into your account. We will notify you by email if there is any credit issued to you</p>

<p><strong>RETURNS</strong><strong> POLICY</strong><strong><em><br /></em></strong><em><br /></em>You may return most new, unopened, unused, unaltered items with original packaging and all accompanying manuals, instructions and accessories within 7 days of delivery for a full refund subject to a 15% restocking fee.</p>
<p>If you need to return an item, please contact us at <a href="mailto:returns@precisionglobalsupply.com">support@precisionglobalsupply.com</a> with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.<br /><br />You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).</p>

<p><strong>EXCEPTIONS</strong></p>
<p><font face="verdana,geneva,sans-serif">We inspect all returned products and reserve the right to decline returns or exchanges. Items that are not in new or unused condition will be returned to you at your expense. We will not accept returns with shipping labels attached directly to product/manufacturer packaging.
